Crazy for Cupcakes - Clean and Simple

Yep, I'm still in my Clean & Simple phase, as you can see!

Thanks to julie for her link to this blog http://simplicitybylateblossom.blogspot.com/, I really have got loads of inspiration from Susan's cards, her C&S is so elegant and tasteful.

For this card I used this great cupcake stand stamp from my SU Crazy for Cupcakes set.  I've used my Prismas for colouring (don't those cakes just look stuffed full of E numbers!).  The base was done by using my SU oval punch to make a template and I sponged Versacolour ink in Bisque and a bit of darker brown for shading.   The sentiment stamp is also from same SU set.  I mounted the main card onto a plain white C5 card using some foam pads.

Hope you like it.  If you're interested in buying any SU stuff, I get mine from http://juliesjapes.blogspot.com/. Jules is really great to deal with and her blog is full of lovely cards made with SU items.

Gorgeous card Sue, I really do think there's an art to CAS and you've got it down.
