Easel Card

Since my last card, I've had a serious loss of mojo. So much so that - shock, horror - I even considered buying my daughter's birthday card from the shop!

After some blog hopping I got some inspiration from Kerry with this card. I love the striking cream and black colour combo and the simple layout. For my card, I decided to do another easel card, they are so easy to do and I really enjoy doing them.

The embossing is a Cuttlebug folder and the Miss Anya image is coloured with Prismas, although I did add a bit of Sakura glaze pen in some areas. The sentiment was done on the computer and the daisy border was cut out on my Silhouette machine. The black centres on the flowers are Craftwork Cards Candy and I used also used Nesties Ovals and Scalloped Ovals.

Thanks, Kerry for the inspiration, my daughter gets a card made by mommy after all! lol.
