Cute Card Thursday - Family Affair

My baby is 19 today! I've been suffering from loss of mojo this past week or so, and really did struggle to make this at the last minute and then just by coincidence I discovered that the cutecardthursday challenge for this week is called 'Family Affair'. You have to make a card for a member of your family, so here is my entry. I used:

Papers: Chocolate Kiss
Image: Rubber Romance
Sentiments: Computer generated
Sizzlit Swirls die
Flowers and eyelets from stash
Faber Castell pencils

I did a bit of paper piecing on the cushion and some stitching around the pink card.

I'm feeling a bit under the weather today so I'll say bye for now. Thanks for stopping by, especially if you've left a comment. It's always nice to know who's been visiting. x

Oh, what a nice card! You have really got the design for your receiver. I got a 16 year old daughter myself and I can tell that your design would suite her as well. Great creation!
