White on white butterflies

I made this some time ago and forgot to post it.

Butterfly stamp is from Hero Arts Antique Engravings set coloured with Promarkers
Nestabilities die
Clarity Stamps sentiment
Flourish cut out on my Cameo
A few crystals from stash

I managed to do a watermark on my card for the first time thanks to a post by Viv on the Do Crafts forum. So easy to do. I'm not sure I'll be bothered to put it on all my cards, I was just curious to see if I could do it and always enjoy having a play on the computer.  If you're interested in creating your own watermark here is the link to the post.

Less is More Week 73 - Paper Piecing

I've been suffering a lack of interest in crafting the last few weeks, hence my lack of blogging, but this week's lessismore challenge got me rummaging about in my enormous box of scraps to have a go a paper piecing.

Cutting out is not my favourite activity (much prefer colouring), probably cause I'm not very good at it - so don't zoom in to closely will you!!!!

For my card I used an old Rubber Romance stamp which I thought was perfect for the job. The papers are all HOTP from a QVC TSV I bought some years ago, except the flesh coloured one which I just found lurking about in the pile.  I just added a bit of Promarker shading to the chocolate boxes and under the cushions so she didn't look like she was floating on air.

The sentiment stamp is from Funstamps - It didn't stamp as well as it could have, but I think I can get away with it.

Time to hop into the bathtub now and then I plan to settle down in front of the TV to watch the footie. Fingers crossed for England.

Have a good evening and thanks for dropping by.
